1. Who we are

GymFlow is a gym management platform operated from Bengaluru, India. When you sign up, you (the gym owner) are the data controller for your members' information; we act as a processor on your behalf.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, gym name, and branch information.
• Member records you upload: name, contact, attendance, plans, and billing.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser metadata.
• Payment metadata when you subscribe (handled by our payment processors).

3. How we use it

• Provide and improve the GymFlow service.
• Send transactional notifications (renewal reminders, receipts, alerts).
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Detect abuse and keep the platform secure.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service (cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing) and only as needed to deliver the feature you're using.

5. Retention

We retain account and member data while your subscription is active. On cancellation, you can export your data at any time. We delete inactive workspaces after 12 months unless legally required to retain them.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from inside the app. For any other request, write to privacy@gymflow.in.
