By creating an account or using GymFlow, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

1. The service

GymFlow provides software for managing gym memberships, attendance, billing, point of sale, and related operations. We continuously improve the service and may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials, the activity on your account, and the accuracy of data you upload. Don't share your login with people who aren't authorised to access your gym's data.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use GymFlow for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform.
• Don't upload data you don't have the right to upload.
• Don't send spam or unsolicited marketing using GymFlow's messaging features.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. You can cancel at any time from inside the app; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time. We store and process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You can stop using GymFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay outstanding fees.

7. Disclaimers

GymFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
